Ride for the Cure 9:30 AM CHANGE ... Meet at Peggy's Hunt Box ...10:00 AM ... Final donation numbers are in. We raised $1700 for Susan G Komen through donations and visor fundraising. Thanks HFH members for your amazing efforts. We made 6th highest in team donations. This still amazes me every year. Thanks Angela Heiny for being the highest individual fundraiser! |

Warrior Challenge @ Seneca- Invitation Flyer-Harvard has been invited to participate in the attached Hunter Pace. Their original Hunter Pace is set for September 25, the same date as our Brats & Brew. The show sponsors have generously set up an "Encore" date of October 9th so Harvard could participate at their event. Looks like fun and an opportunity to do something different! More info will be forth coming, but wanted to get this initial information out there. Host Facebook information. Also there are 2 emails with google liability forms to fill in and one with more Information for the Warrior Challenge... You should have had your emails the first of October. Yesterday 11/16 we emailed that we have implemented the Square payment system in order to enhance our ability to accept credit card payments. Some of you have asked if there is a "Square" app you can download to make a payment using Square. That is not how Square works. It allows Harvard to accept credit card payments at Flint Creek. In addition, it also allows us to take credit card payments over the phone. So, if you want to use your credit card to pay your entry fee before Saturday, you should call Barb at (918) 629-0359 and give her your credit card info. We can give you a receipt for the amount paid by email or text.
We have also set up a Venmo account for Harvard, If you have the Venmo app, enter: @HarvardFoxHounds to make payments to us.
HFH Members, remember to bring side dishes to share on Saturday. There will be lots of friends, new and old. We don't want our guests to leave hungry!!!
